Acerca de HappyBirthdayCardMaker

This page is available in English only for now.

HappyBirthdayCardMaker is a free tool for making a personal birthday card in your web browser. You pick a design, change the words and colors, and download the finished card as an image to send however you like. There is no account to create and nothing to install.

How it works

  1. Choose a starting point. Browse 129 templatesin 15 categories, from cards for Mom and Dad to funny, floral and minimal designs, orstart from a blank card.
  2. Make it yours. Edit the greeting and message, change fonts, sizes and colors, swap the background, add stickers and shapes, or place a photo from your device in a photo frame.
  3. Download or share. Save the card as a PNG image. Where your browser supports it, you can also open your device’s share menu to send it straight to a messaging or email app.

Your card stays on your device

The editor runs entirely in your browser. The words you type and any photo you add are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us. Photos are limited to JPEG, PNG or WebP files up to 5 MB, and are resized locally so the editor stays fast. The Privacy Policy explains this in more detail, including what our web host receives when you load a page.

Where the designs come from

The card templates, stickers, shapes and patterns are original artwork made for this site. The fonts are open-source typefaces licensed under the SIL Open Font License. See Licensing & credits for details.

What it doesn’t do (yet)

  • No saved drafts. Because nothing is stored, your card is not kept between visits. Download it before you close or reload the page.
  • No print or PDF export. Cards download as PNG images sized for screens and messages.
  • No accounts or galleries. There is no sign-in and no public gallery of cards people have made.
