What to write about

• Something isn’t working. Tell us which page or template you were using, your device and browser (for example “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”), and what happened. A screenshot of the problem helps.
• Ideas and feedback. Templates you’d like to see, features that would help, or anything that was confusing.
• Licensing or rights concerns. If you believe something on this site uses artwork, fonts or text without permission, tell us which page and asset it is and why. Our licensing pagelists where our assets come from.
• Privacy questions. See the Privacy Policy first; it explains that cards and photos never leave your device. Write to us if anything is unclear.

Before you send

We don’t need your card, your photos or your recipient’s name to help you. Please leave them out unless they are needed to explain a problem. We use what you send only to reply to you. Replies can take a while, and we can’t promise a response time.
