The service

HappyBirthdayCardMaker is a free online tool for designing birthday cards and downloading them as images. It works in your browser without an account. We may add, change or remove templates and features, or pause the site, at any time.

• make cards that harass, threaten, defame or deceive anyone, or that are otherwise unlawful;
• use photos or other material you don’t have the right to use;
• copy, scrape or redistribute the templates or artwork on their own, for example by offering them as templates or downloads elsewhere;

Your words and photos

What you write and the photos you add remain yours. They are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us (see thePrivacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you add and for what you send to others.

Templates and artwork

The templates, stickers, shapes and patterns are original artwork made for this site. You may use them to make cards and send, share or print those cards for personal, non-commercial purposes. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. TheLicensing & credits page lists where each kind of asset comes from.

No warranty

The site is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it working well, but we don’t promise that it will be available at all times, free of errors, or that every card will look the same on every device and browser. Download your card before closing the page, since it is not saved.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost work. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
